A workflow that fits

Content across sites.

Organise content by site with explicit roles, reusable content models, and independent published releases.

01

Give every site its own space.

Create sites inside your organisation and select the site in the workspace. Content, schemas, agent keys, and release history are scoped to that site.

02

Make responsibilities explicit.

Viewers read. Editors shape drafts. Publishers review and publish. Site administrators manage models and access. Organisation administrators can create sites; site permissions govern editorial actions.

03

Reuse content within a site.

Composition references connect published dependencies; derived references keep independent copy and surface review tasks when the source changes. Cross-site content synchronisation is not automatic.

04

Release each site on its own terms.

Each site has an active release pointer, pinned content, and rollback history. Use the matching organisation and site identifiers in every integration and keep credentials specific to their intended site.
